Project Goal
COVID exposed critical gaps in hiring, retention, and digital readiness. I partnered with the internal product team to design the Workforce Intelligence Platform (WIP), a proof of concept giving companies clear visibility into workforce skills, gaps, and alignment with shifting business needs.
User Goal
Recruiters required faster identification of qualified candidates and trainable talent. Workforce leads needed skill visibility to build resilient teams. CIOs prioritized continuous learning and workforce readiness.
Solution & Impact
WIP applied AI to hiring, mobility, and upskilling. Using Robert Half’s trained models, the platform reduced time-to-hire by 14x, minimized placement mismatches, and enabled data-backed workforce planning. It established the foundation for a client-facing solution to redefine talent strategy.
My Role
UX designer accountable for full delivery of design execution. Drove visual direction and end-to-end craftsmanship across 3 core use cases. Partnered with product management to define features. Produced high fidelity wireframes and prototypes. Collaborated with engineering to uncover constraints and ensure feasibility. Designed complete iconography system. Owned quality of visual and interaction design at every stage.
